General

A Qodify payment code is a unique image with an embedded link. You can scan the QR code to make your payments. A sample Qodify payment code also called as “Qode” looks like this:

Security is of utmost importance for us at Qodify, hence we are using Stripe (the world’s leading payment processing platform). Stripe uses AES-256 encryption to keep your payment information safe. Qodify does not store any card information.

Customer

Its super simple! You do not need any additional app to scan the Qode.
For iOS/iPhone or Android (Android 9+) users:

  1. Launch your camera app and point it at the Qode. The camera app will recognise the Qode.
  2. Follow the prompt on the screen.
  3. You would be redirected to the payment page.
  4. Complete the payment.

*Android 8 or below can either use Google lens app or download a 3rd party app that can scan QR codes, as these earlier versions do not support native QR code scanning.

If you did not receive a payment confirmation email then you can either reach out to Qodify customer care at customercare@qodify.com.

If you do not recognize the transaction that you have been charged for then, please send us an email at customercare@qodify.com with the following information:

  1. The email id you generally use for making online transactions.
  2. Amount and date of transaction.
  3. Last 4 digits of the card charged.

Please reach out Qodify customer care at customercare@qodify.com with the following information :

  1. Date & amount of transaction.
  2. Transaction reference ID’s (like XXXX)

We will contact the merchant and help you resolve the issue within 3-5 business days of receiving the email.

We want our customers to pay with confidence whenever they transact via Qodify and we strive to guide our customers on the most effective ways to resolve a dispute.

As a first step, we would strongly recommend you initiate direct communication with the merchant to resolve disputes pertaining to the service in question. If you do not get a satisfactory response or get no response at all then you can raise a support case with Qodify, and we would assist to amicably resolve the issue.

Please provide the following details in the email to help us understand the issue better:

  1. A brief description of the issue you have faced.
  2. Date & amount of transaction.
  3. Transaction reference ID (like XXXX)
  4. Details of the email communication with the merchant (Screenshot of the communication).

Once we receive the email, Qodify team would take 3-5 working days to resolve the issue.

Once the merchant initiates the refund via Qodify, a confirmation email would be sent to your email ID (the email ID that was used at the time of the transaction). The email suggests that the refund process is successful from our end, and the refund is being processed by the banks.

You may check the current status of the refund transaction by reaching out to customer care at customercare@qodify.com

Merchant

Creating a Qodify account is amazingly simple.

  1. To begin with download the Qodify app via iOS or Android app store (using the link provided on the website, or by searching for the app in app store).
  2. After downloading the app, sign-up using either your Google, Facebook or AppleID (available only on iOS devices) account.
  3. Once you sign-up you will receive a verification email. Verify your email address by following the instructions as per the email.

Once you signup:

  1. You can navigate to the user profile screen and:
    1. Connect your Revolut account with Qodify by providing your mobile number.
    2. If you don’t have a Revolut account, then click on “sign-up with Revolut” which will redirect you to the Revolut website.
    3. Connect your Zoom account with Qodify.
    4. Customise your profile image. (Optional)
  2. Create a Qodify payment code.

After these steps, you are ready to accept payments via Qodify.

Note: You cannot accept payments on Qodify without connecting your Revolut account.

Creation of Qode is a painless process:

  1. Logon to your Qodify app.
  2. Click on the Create Qode button on the home screen. By default, you are presented with the “Request” tab.
  3. Fill in all the necessary information displayed on the screen.
  4. Click create.

You are ready to receive payments via Qodify now.

Creation of Qode for Zoom is a painless process:

  1. Logon to your Qodify app.
  2. Click on the Create Qode button on the home screen.
  3. Select the “Zoom Payments” tab.
  4. Connect your Zoom account with Qodify if not already done.
  5. Select a title for the Qode.
  6. Select the meeting date, from the resulting screen select your zoom meeting.
  7. Fill in the description for the payment page.
  8. Select a required payment page design from the set gallery.
  9. Preview your payment page.
  10. Click create.

You are ready to receive payments via Zoom using Qodify now.

You can use your “Qode” to accept payments from your customer. The Qode can be used as a QR image or as a clickable URL link.

  1. You can download the Qode image and use it on your mobile device.
  2. Share the Qode image or the link via text, email, or WhatsApp.
  3. Select the “Zoom Payments” tab.
  4. Display it on any website or social medial channels (like FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc).
  5. Display the QR code on live displays.
  6. Print the QR code on a business card, flyers, posters, or display plaques.

You can track the payments by logging in to your Qodify app. The home screen of the app lists out all the payments received (with filtering capabilities).

Qodify app will send you an app notification every time you receive payment, but you can turn this off if you wish.

We strive to provide you with the best and fastest way to receive payments. Currently, we only use Revolut, to enable faster payment transfer to your account.

No, email id is a unique attribute for Qodify account creation.

Qodify offers unique Zoom payment web interface for you to share with your customers. We automatically share the meeting details with the customer once the payment is made successfully.

Yes, we provide multiple background options to choose from. The chosen background would appear on the Zoom payment web interface.

You can refer your friend by logging in to your Qodify app and share the referral link present under the “User Profile” section.

You can download a list of your historic transactions by using the Qodify app. You can either download the file (in PDF or Excel format) to your mobile or share it over email (to use it on the laptop later).

Qodify provides you with different ways to receive payments. One such way is via the “Qodify payment link” that you can share via WhatsApp, SMS or other social media sites.

We do not set any expire for Qode. You can continue to use it indefinitely.

An email with the subject line “Welcome to Qodify Family” (just a placeholder) is sent to the email address you signed up with. If you are unable to locate the email in your inbox, we suggest that you check the spam folder.

Qodify offers a simple and transparent pay-as-you-go model with no setup or hidden costs, you pay for what you use.

  1. We charge X % for transactions done using EU cards.
  2. We charge Y % for transactions done using non-EU cards.

Settlements are completely automated. Qodify will directly transfer the captured payments to your Revolut account (after deducting a nominal fee).

Yes absolutely, we would be thrilled to have your referee onboard. To refer someone just logon into your Qodify app and navigate to User profile screen, here you can find the option to share your referral link.

We support all major credit and debit cards, GooglePay and Apple pay.

To initiate a refund to your customer, please send an email to the Qodify customer care team at customercare@qodify.com. Include the transaction id, customer email id, refund amount (should not exceed the value of the transaction) and the reason for the refund.

Note: Once issued the refund cannot be cancelled.

We will not charge you for a refund. However, fee charged for the processed transaction would not be reversed.

A chargeback is a return of fund to a customer, initiated by the customers issuing bank. A chargeback occurs when the customer raises a dispute against a particular transaction with their card issuing bank.
